Chinsinsi chachikale

Zikuchokera:

  • 1 tsp ginger wodula bwino (kapena ufa);
  • 200 ml ya kefir yamafuta ochepa.

Njira yophikira: zigawozo ziyenera kusakanizidwa pogwiritsa ntchito blender kapena pamanja.

Chinsinsi ndi sinamoni, tsabola wofiyira wofiira ndi turmeric

Zikuchokera:

  • 1 tsp ginger wodula bwino (kapena ufa);
  • 150 ml ya kefir yotsika mafuta;
  • 1 tsp ufa wa sinamoni wouma;
  • 1/5 tsp tsabola wofiyira;
  • 1/4 tsp mfuti.

Njira yophikira:

  1. Sungunulani ginger, sinamoni, tsabola ndi turmeric mu 50 ml yamadzi owiritsa.
  2. Lolani kuti apange kwa mphindi 10.
  3. Onjezani kefir.
  4. Sakanizani bwino ndi blender kapena ndi dzanja.

Zofunika. Konzani malo ogulitsa kefir ndi sinamoni ndi tsabola wotentha musanagwiritse ntchito.

Onani kanemayo popanga kefir yanunkhira pansipa.

Njira yovomerezeka
